Saudi-Bangladeshi Parliamentary Friendship Committee of Majlis Al-Shura, headed by its Member and the Committee's Chairman Dr. Abdullah bin Hamoud Al-Harbi held a meeting here yesterday with Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Bangladesh Fazle Rabbi, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dr. Abdullah Al-Harbi welcomed Deputy Speaker of the Bangladeshi Parliament in his second country and praised the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Bangladesh, stressing the importance of such meetings to support and strengthen cooperation between the two brotherly countries, and between Saudi Majlis Al-Shura and the Parliament of Bangladesh to serve the interests of both countries and their brotherly peoples. For his part, the Deputy Speaker of the Bangladeshi Parliament expressed his happiness to visit the Kingdom's Majlis Al-Shura and meet with members of the Saudi-Bangladeshi Parliamentary Friendship Committee, referring to the depth of bilateral relations between the two countries in general and between the Bangladeshi parliament and Saudi Majlis Al-Shura in particular.
