Qatari Emir Receives Message from Venezuelan President

Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received today a written message from President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolas Maduro.
The message was delivered by the Venezuelan Foreign Affairs Minister Delcy Rodriguez during a meeting with the Qatari Emir here today.
