Prince Dr. Naif bin Thunayan bin Mohammed, head of media department at King Saud University, said the decision of the Arab and Islamic coalition countries in Operation Determination Storm to end the air operations on Tuesday and begin Operation Renewal of Hope is an important strategic step.
