On organizing the contracts of projects worth more than SR100 million, the Cabinet decided that any contract worth SR100 million or more should be forwarded to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to consider approving its bidding. Even annexes of current projects are included in this procedure, the minister said. 2- Abrogation of para (10) of the regulations and measures enacted to tackle the delay of government projects which were issued by the Cabinet No.155 dated 5/6/1429 H. stating that government authorities will decide a bidding winner of a project worth less than SR300 million, otherwise a bigger project bidding process should be forwarded to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for final approval.
