Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Faisal bin Hamid Mualla said the culture of charity financing is deeply rooted in the Saudi society, a fact that is evident in Saudis deeds in this respect all over the world, in order to help the humanity and to mitigate the pains of the sick and relieve the suffered. It is a culture incepted by the values of Islam, adopted and disseminated by the Founder of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, his successor sons who reigned the Kingdom, up to the current Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Mualla said, as he was addressing a ceremony, in grace of two Saudi philanthropists Hamad Al-Jumaih and Dr. Mohammed Abu Eibayah, member of Al-Shoura Council, for their efforts in the domain of charity workings, concluding that "we are a single family, though situated in the Kingdom and the Sudan". For his part, the former Sudanese Head of the State Gen. Abdulrahman Suwar Al-Dahab, Chairman of the Council of Trustees of the Khartoum-based Islamic Call Organization, hailed the Kingdom for permanently supporting the Sudan.
