A chemical plant in China's eastern Fujian province burst into flames, injuring more than a dozen people and triggering fears of a toxic chemical leak, dpa cited local media as reporting Tuesday. More than 700 firefighters were dispatched to fight the blaze which began late Monday, the South China Morning Post reported.
