Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local and international issues. Okaz newspaper highlighted the growing role of the kingdom and responsibility of citizens in maintaining security and stability in the country and hoped that security and stability will return to Yemen. Almadinah newspaper likened the war led by the Kingdom in the face of Yemen's Houthis to the glorious war of October 1973, underlining Iran's disappointment after failure of its wars in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen.
