The Obama administration has removed dozens of Cuban firms from a U.S. blacklist of terror supporters and narcotics traffickers, the Treasury Department said Tuesday, in another step in the two countries' process to improve relations. Washington still is considering the bigger question of removing Cuba's government from a separate terrorism list. Havana is urging such action as the two neighbors negotiate terms for re-establishing embassies in each other's capitals.
