Sheikh, Egypt, Jumada I 24, 1436, Mar 15, 2015, SPA -- President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi of Egypt met with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, here today on the sidelines of Economic and development conference in support of Egypt. During the meeting, they exchanged comments on the outcome of the conference and discussed matters of mutual concern.
