Qadri Putshish, on behalf of them, in which they expressed their thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques on his patronage of science, its men and contributions to the promotion of intellectual movement; the revival of the ancient Islamic heritage and the resurrection of the glories of history, asserting that the King's patronage of the opening ceremony of the conference is a clear evidence on what he is doing of good service for the people of science, and a token of love for whoever making the book as if his friend the Holy Quran as his companion. They also expressed their thanks to Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, which today stands exalted with its science and proud of its achievements. In their speech, they also appreciated the knowledge accumulation produced by researchers' pens around late King Abdulaziz's history, an accumulation of every researcher in the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
