The Minister of Agriculture Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Mohsen Al-Fadhli has approved the importation of livestock from the Republic of Paraguay. The approval is based on the recommendations of the Saudi technical team who paid a visit to the Republic of Paraguay to be briefed on veterinary health situation and importing livestock from it, in accordance with the following requirements; all consignments of sheep (sheep, goats) and cows for the purpose of slaughter and breeding accompanied by a health certificate from the competent governmental authorities according to the conditions of World Organization for Animal Health (OIE), as well as the conditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
