Russian police on Saturday detained two suspects in the killing of prominent opposition politician Boris Nemtsov. "As a result of the work done, we have detained today two people suspected of committing this crime - those are Anzor Gubashev and Zaur Dadayev," dpa quoted FSB chief Alexander Bortnikov as saying, adding that President Vladimir Putin had been informed. The work of an investigative committee reporting to Putin was still underway, he added. The committee is pursuing several lines of inquiry, including the possibility of a contract killing with the aim of destabilizing Russia, he said.
