In the presence of the Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf and the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Yoon Sang-Jick of the Republic of Korea, the Secretary General of the Public Investment Fund Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al-Mufadhi signed here today a memorandum of understanding between the Fund and POSCO Company of the Republic of Korea.
The memorandum includes setting mechanisms and methods of transferring technology and knowledge to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which will be reflected on building future projects in the Kingdom.
The memorandum was signed on the sidelines of holding the Saudi-Korean Business Forum in Riyadh in the presence of the Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah; the Governor of Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) Engineer Abdullatif Al-Othman and Chairman of Council of Saudi Chambers Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Zamil.
