Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, Chief of the Royal Court, and Special Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and also Chairman of the Economic and Development Council, chaired at the Royal Court today the second session of the Economic and Development Council. The council discussed a number of reports and strategic economic and development plans in the Kingdom in order to achieve a comprehensive development for the homeland and serving the citizens in accordance with directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The council also reviewed work mechanisms for a number of governmental institutions and integration among them for providing services to the citizens. It also discussed the need to diversify sources of income and how to activate the future trends and visions. The Economic and Development Council also reviewed developments in the global economy, changes in the energy market and ways to enhance the Kingdom's economic position at the international level and cooperation relations in this regard.
