The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at Al-Yamamah Palace here today the Chairman of Pakistani Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Rashid Mahmood Nishan-e-Imtiaz. The Chairman conveyed to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques the greetings and appreciation of President Mamnoon Hussain of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, and their congratulations and the Pakistani people to the King on his ascension to the throne in the Kingdom. For his part, the King expressed his greetings and appreciation to them and the Pakistani people. During the meeting, they emphasized deep relations existing between the two countries and reviewed a number of issues of common interest. The audience was attended by Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier, and Minister of Interior; Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, Chief of the Royal Court, and Special Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; the Chief of General Staff General Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Bunyan; Pakistani Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Manzoor Al-Haq and Pakistani Military Attaché Brigadier Tahir Gulzar Malik.
