The Royal Order appointed Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Sanad as General President of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice at the Rank of Minister.
The Royal Order instructed the concerned authorities to carry out the order with immediate effect.
