Bahrain's Foreign Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa has paid a visit to the Mourning Majlis of the Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Dr. Abdulla bin Abdulmalik Al Al-Shaikh to offer condolences following the sad demise of the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. The Foreign Minister recalled with utmost pride and gratitude the historic stances of the late Saudi Monarch, and constant support to the Kingdom of Bahrain on all occasions to enable it to face all challenges and threats, which, he said, had contributed to consolidating Bahrain's security and stability. Shaikh Khalid lauded the visionary initiatives of the late leader at the local, regional and global arenas. The Foreign Minister asserted that Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud would follow in the steps of the late King and carry on enhancing the progress march in Saudi Arabia, serving the Two Holy Mosques, strengthening Arab and Islamic solidarity and championing just Arab and Islamic causes. He prayed Allah Almighty to rest the soul of the late King Abdullah in eternal peace, and guide King Salman, Crown Prince and Deputy Premier Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Naif Al Saud on the right path to bring about more progress and prosperity to Saudi Arabia and its brotherly people.
