Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of being offered allegiance-pledge by his people.
In his cable, Sultan Qaboos wished the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques permanent good health, praying to Allah Almighty to grant him success in achieving more progress and prosperity.
