Forum on Industrial Development in Promising Areas started here today. The forum, which is organized by the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, is held under the auspices of Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf and Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah. Those who participated in the forum included Minister of Transport Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Almaqbil, Minister of Labor Adel Faqih, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Dr. Fahhad bin Muatad Alhamad, former President of South Korea Lee Myung-bak, a number of officials of government agencies and national companies and institutions, as well as a number of businessmen from Turkey, Malaysia and South Korea.
