Naimi, the representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain, addressed the conferees in his capacity as the chairman of the outgoing rotatory presidency of the conference. He thanked the monarch for hosting the conference and making it a success. Then, on behalf of the King and his Crown Prince, Dr. Al-Khodairy welcomed the attendance in their second country, announcing the opening of the conference.
