The Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Khudhairi paid yesterday evening an inspection visit to the headquarters of the meetings of the 19th session of the Conference of Ministers responsible for cultural affairs in the Arab world, to be hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. Upon arrival, he was received by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for Cultural Affairs and the Conference's General Supervisor, Dr. Nasser bin Saleh Al-Hujailan; General Supervisor of the libraries at the Ministry of Culture and Information and President of the Conference's Organizing Committee Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Kanani, and the heads of regulatory and execution and assisting committees. During the visit, the Minister inspected the headquarters of preparatory meetings of the Standing Committee of Arab culture at its 19th session, and was briefed on the main halls allocated for daily meetings and the headquarters of the Conference Media Centre, as well as the preparations and arrangements of the organizing committee at the main hall of the headquarters of the ceremony, and listened to the explanation of the Undersecretary for Cultural Affairs Chairman of the Committee and head of the organizational committee about work process. Dr. Al-Khudhairi called upon officials to exert more efforts to show the Conference in a status suits the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, appreciating efforts of all employees for the success of this conference.
