Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Arab Countries Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, has condemned in the strongest words the terrorist attack targeting Charlie Hebdo magazine in the French capital of Paris today, killing 12 and injuring scores of innocent people. Al-Zayani said "GCC countries are strongly condemning this heinous crime which is incompatible with Islamic values and all human principles and ethics".
