SAGIA: Saudi Arabia's Commitment on International Conventions and Rights of Investors

Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) confirmed that the foreign investment system provides all the guarantees for the rights of investing company, or those that want to invest, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that all the decisions taken by SAGIA regarding investors is considering its compatibility and applicable with other investment regulations and international conventions before the approval.
This came in a statement of the Director General of the Information and Communication in SAGIA, Nasser Al-Taiwaan.
