North Korea's hacking attack on Sony Pictures was an act of cyber-vandalism that may prompt the United States to add the Asian country to its list of states that sponsor terrorism, US President Barack Obama has said, dpa reported. In an interview recorded on Friday and broadcast on Sunday on CNN's "State of the Union" programme, Obama said the United States would respond "proportionately" to the attack, which the Federal Bureau of Investigation has blamed on North Korea. The attack prompted the studio to cancel its release of The Interview, a comedy about the assassination of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. -- SPA 19:57 LOCAL TIME 16:57 GMT تغريد
