Royal Order Assigns Dr. Essam bin Saeed as Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud issued a royal order today, assigning Chief of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Dr. Essam bin Saad bin Saeed as Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers in addition his work.
The Royal Order instructed the concerned authorities to carry out the order with immediate effect.
