The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to Mr. Klaus Werner Iohannis on winning the presidential elections in Romania.
In his cable, the King wished Mr. Iohannis constant good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
