Guam's attorney general is investigating allegations of pre-marked ballots in the general election, according to AP. The Office of the Attorney General confirmed Wednesday that it received documents from the Guam Election Commission related to the allegations. A precinct officer in Dededo signed an affidavit saying she saw pre-marked ballots in a cooler belonging to the campaign for Eddie Calvo and Ray Tenorio, who won re-election as governor and lieutenant governor. She thought the cooler contained drinks, but it was full of papers, the affidavit said. -- SPA 22:15 LOCAL TIME 19:15 GMT تغريد
