U.N. to Miss Ebola Target due to Sierra Leone Cases

The U.N. Ebola Emergency Response Mission (UNMEER) will not meet its December 1 target for containing the virus because of an increased numbers of cases in Sierra Leone and elsewhere, the head of the mission said Monday.
In September, the mission set the goal of having 70 percent of Ebola patients under treatment and 70 percent of Ebola victims safely buried.
