Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology participates in Plenipotentiary Conference of International Telecommunication Union in South Korea

AlHijjah 26, 1435, October 20, 2014, SPA -- The Minister of Communications and Information Technology Engineer Mohammed Jamil bin Ahmed Mulla headed the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in Plenipotentiary Conference of International Telecommunication Union in 2014 which opened today in the city of Busan in the Republic of South Korea.
Addressing the conference, Engineer Mulla stressed that the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia realized the importance of the telecommunications sector and information technology in an early time and gave it a great interest when it pursued privatization program aiming to raise the efficiency of the national economy, increase its competitiveness through the liberalization of telecommunications service markets, and open competition door to provide communication services and advanced information technology in all parts of the Kingdom in a comprehensive manner with high quality and affordable prices.
