German Defense Minister Arrives in Iraq

AlHijjah 1, 1435, Sep 25, 2014, SPA -- German Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen arrived in Arbil today on a visit during which she will meet with Massoud Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region and a number of local government officials.
The German Defense Minister will discuss means of providing military assistance for the Kurdistan region in the framework of countering terrorism.
