Qatar's Deputy Premier Meets with Chairman of AUHIP

AlQa'dah 14, 1435, Sep 9, 2014, SPA -- Qatar's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affair Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud met here today with Chairman of the African Union High-Level Implementation Panel on Sudan (AUHIP) Thabo Mbeki.
The meeting discussed the ongoing African mediation efforts to encourage Darfur armed movements that have not yet signed the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur to join the peace process on the basis of the Doha Document and to involve themselves in the national dialogue in Sudan.
