AlQa'dah 13, 1435, Sep 8, 2014, SPA -- The Obama administration is asking Congress to agree to an additional $1.2 billion to address the unaccompanied youths arriving at the U.S. border with Mexico. Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said in a statement that his department needs the funding for the 2015 fiscal year that starts in October. Without the money, he said he will need to move funding from different accounts, which would leave the country vulnerable to homeland security risks. Over the summer, the number of unaccompanied youths arriving at the border has declined sharply.
