Ukrainian separatists retake Donetsk airport as troops withdraw

AlQa'dah 08, 1435, September 03, 2014, SPA -- Pro-Russian separatists in eastern Ukraine are
retaking territory vacated by government troops. In Donetsk, the
rebels have retaken the city's airport, the biggest in the region,
Russian state television reports, according to dpa.
Separatist leaders say government troops are withdrawing across the
territory of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.
"We do not quite understand the reason for this," the rebel website
Novorosinform.org quotes rebel commanders as saying.
