AlQa'dah 08, 1435, September 03, 2014, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local, regional and international issues.
Al-Yaum newspaper said in an editorial titled "Kingdom and France, an opportunity for creative partnership" that France is a major power which needs a trusted friend enjoying wisdom, prudence and professional management of relations in the Middle East, such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Al-Madinah newspaper commented on the visit of Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense to Paris, saying that it inaugurates a new phase in the close relations between the Kingdom and France, especially as it comes in the timing of widening the scope of terrorism in the world, which requires a greater degree of coordination and cooperation among the leading countries in the fight against terrorism, such as the Kingdom and France which are in the forefront.
