AlQa'dah 01, 1435, August 27, 2014, SPA -- Prince Abdullah bin Musaed bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who is also Chairman of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee, here at an invitation of the FIFA President Joseph Sepp Blatter, met here today with the head of the world's soccer federation in the attendance of Ahmed Eid, the Chairman of Saudi Arabia's Football Federation. Following the meeting, Prince Abdullah bin Musaed bin Abdulaziz expressed gratitude of the invitation he received from Blatter, noting that a number of issues of mutual concern were reviewed during the meeting. The Saudi senior official confirmed Saudi Arabia's keenness to bolster this cooperation between the Kingdom and FIFA, adding that he has briefed the officials of FIFA on Saudi Arabian soccer federation's program and the steps taken to promote football activities in Saudi Arabia in accordance with the FIFA regulations, a measure highlighted by them, he said. For his part, Blatter lauded the way things go in Saudi Arabia's soccer, citing the care accorded to it by Prince Abdullah bin Musaed bin Abdulaziz, a development he expected to augur well on Saudi and Asian soccer.
