Ukraine on Friday accused Moscow of a "direct invasion" after the first Russian humanitarian aid trucks reached the eastern rebel-held city of Luhansk, reports said, according to dpa. Some 150 trucks earlier crossed into Ukrainian territory from a border checkpoint without receiving customs clearance and unaccompanied by Red Cross vehicles - a central demand of the government in Kiev. President Petro Poroshenko called the convoy's entry "a flagrant violation of international law." The head of Ukraine's state security service, Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, said the move was a well-planned, dangerous provocation. -- SPA 20:48 LOCAL TIME 17:48 GMT تغريد
