Saudis living in Algeria okay after earthquake

Saudi Ambassador to Algeria Mahmoud bin Hussein Qattan stated today that, based on the directives of Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the assistant Minister and chairman of the Emergency Committee at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Khalid has contacted the embassy in order to be ensured on its staff and Saudi citizens residing in Algeria aftermath of the magnitude of 5.6 degrees earthquake that struck the Algerian capital last Friday, resulted in the killing of six people and injuring of 420.
He said that Minister of Foreign Affairs ordered to take all necessary action in such cases to ensure the safety and security of Saudi diplomatic mission' staff and citizens residing in Algeria.
