UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan has made telephone calls to Germany's Foreign Minister, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, France's Foreign Minister, Laurent Fabius, and Britain's Foreign Secretary, Philip Hammond, to discuss the deteriorating situation in the Palestinian Territories and the ongoing aggression on Gaza Strip. According to WAM, the telephone conversation affirmed the U.A.E.'s support to the efforts Egypt is making for a ceasefire.
