Indonesia's election commission officially declares Jakarta governor Joko Widodo the winner of the country's presidential election, according to dpa.
"We hereby determine that Mr Joko Widodo and Mr Jusuf Kalla as president- and vice president-elect," commission chairman Husni Kamal Manik says.
