Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, received here today a telephone call from the Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon.
During the conversation, they discussed the flagrant violations against the Palestinian people in Gaza due to Israeli aggressive attacks against civilians.
The Emir of Qatar called on the world community to exert much effort to stop Israeli hostilities against the Palestinian people and lift the siege imposed on Gaza Strip.
