Dr. Nabil Al-Arabi, Secretary General of the Arab League, made today telephone calls with Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, who is also chairman of the Arab Summit, and Moroccan Foreign Minister Salah Mzawar, who is also chairman of the Arab Ministerial Council, for discussing the current developments in the Palestinian territories, Libya, Syria and Iraq. In a statement issued by the Arab League, Dr. Al-Arabi also made a telephone call with United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon for discussion of the Israeli attacks in Palestine and the developments of the Libyan crisis. The Secretary General of the Arab League also made telephone call with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas following the latest developments at the Palestinian arena.
