Hurricane Arthur has strengthened further as it heads toward the North Carolina coast, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said in its latest advisory, Reuters reported. "Arthur is expected to be a Category two hurricane when it passes over or near the North Carolina coast," the NHC said.
