Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi has traveled to Algeria to discuss security issues in North Africa and Libya, AP reported. In his first trip outside the country since swearing in as president earlier this month, el-Sissi told state TV upon landing Wednesday that he came to "coordinate efforts regarding terrorism ... and the situation in Libya."
