The new media tools have influenced the global media mobility which is witnessing fierce competition to acquire the largest share of the audience, amid a considerable increase in the size of the exchange of information among members of the community to keep up with the rapid developments in the world, which made some of them lack credibility in presenting them. In order to achieve transparency and objectivity in the information that is being circulated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Council of Ministers issued a decision No. (209) dated 05/08/2013, includes that the Ministries and public Agencies and institutions, particularly the service ones shall be committed to appointing spokespersons in their headquarters and affiliates, to clearly secure the transfer information to the society through traditional and new media, and respond to the queries put forward by public opinions concerning any issue in order to prevent any scope for the exchange and spread of rumors. --More 13:22 LOCAL TIME 10:22 GMT تغريد
