Sisi held a meeting, in which the King renewed his congratulations to President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi on being elected as President of Egypt, wishing him all success. For his part, the Egyptian President expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for his noble feelings and stances supporting the integrity, stability and the unity of Egypt and its people, pointing that Egypt will never forget that. Then, the two leaders discussed the overall issues and developments at the Arab, Islamic and international stages in addition to bilateral cooperation prospects between the two fraternal countries. The meeting was attended by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister; Prince Faisal bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Kabeer; Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Secretary General of the National Security Council; Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Mohammed, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Minister of Finance; Ahmed Gattan, Saudi ambassador to Egypt and Saudi Arabia's permanent representative to the Arab League. On the Egyptian side, the meeting was attended by the Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab; Minister of Defense and Warfare Production Gen. Sidqi Subhi; Foreign Minister Samih Shukri and the Minister of Finance Hani Dimian. At the end of the meeting, President Abdulfattah Al-Sisi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, bade farewell to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud who, then, left Cairo for Jeddah.
