Deputy Crown Prince receives World Bank President

Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier, Advisor and Special Envoy of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques received at Al-Salam Palace here today the President of the World Bank, Dr. Jim Kim.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Kingdom and the World Bank , especially in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa to improve the investment climate and increase employment opportunities for the youth.
The Bank's President commended the positions of the Kingdom towards the Bank through close cooperation in joint projects being implemented in the countries of the region, stressing the bank's continuing support for the countries in the region and looking forward to increase the effectiveness of this cooperation with the kingdom in its capacity as an important strategic partner in the region .
The audience was attended by the Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf; the Governor of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency Dr. Fahd bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak; and Vice President and Managing Director of Saudi Fund for Development Engineer Yusuf Al-Bassam.
