Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of local, regional and international issues. On a local affair of trade in the Kingdom, Al-Riyadh newspaper said that trade is free in the Kingdom, but it has reached an extent of chaos, monopoly and usurping citizens' rights, noting that if there is no deterrent to this rule, it is the common feature among traders as their purpose is to achieve gains regardless of right or wrong. In an editorial entitled "Development of innovations is an advanced step'', Al-Yaum newspaper said the draft regulation of innovation development discussed recently by Majlis Al-Shura is a vital project aiming to contribute effectively to local economic output, diversify the sources of income , and gradually shift to a knowledge economic society seeking to transfer modern technology in these areas and turn them into reality. --More 10:54 LOCAL TIME 07:54 GMT تغريد
