Jubeir delivered a speech in which he expressed his admiration and congratulation for the scholarship graduates, commending the good behavior that characterized the vast majority of Saudis on scholarships, a matter of admiration and appreciation of the hosting country and its citizens. He extended thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, whose vision and confidence in the Saudi man resulting in the achievement of the accomplishments that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing nowadays in all areas. After that, the speech of the graduates was delivered in which they expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, who put his confidence in them and gave them the opportunity to have knowledge from various fields of science and experience that opened the doors of future for them. They vowed to serve their religion, country and fellow citizens armed with science and knowledge obtained in the most prestigious universities. Then, the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Joseph W. Westphal delivered a speech in which he praised the strength of Saudi-US bilateral relations in all fields.
