Herman Van Rombai, the President of the European Union Council, received here today the Saudi ambassador to Belgium Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Al-Ahmed who presented his credentials as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the EU and the European Association for Atomic Energy. During the meeting, Al-Ahmed conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, to the President of the European Union Council. For his part, the ambassador confirmed the keenness of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to consolidate the relations of friendship and enhance cooperation and strategic partnership with the European Union in all fields. The President wished the ambassador every success.
