Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met here today with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Islamic Resistance Movement's (Hamas) Politburo Chief Khaled Meshaal. During the meeting, they reviewed the developments of the Palestinian cause. The Emir congratulated President Abbas and Khaled Meshaal on the Palestinian national reconciliation agreement that they reached in Gaza, stressing Qatar's supportive stance for all efforts to end the Palestinian internal division and creating the appropriate atmosphere for concluding the reconciliation so as to achieve the interests and ambitions of the Palestinian people.
